Link an already opened incident ticket with the affected CI. This is only possible when a subsequent system monitoring email arrives. The SystemMonitoring::LinkTicketWithCI setting must be activated.
Określa domyślną treść notatki na ekranie decyzji w interfejsie agenta. Jest to możliwe tylko wtedy, gdy przyjdzie kolejny e-mail z monitorowaniem systemu. Ustawienie SystemMonitoring::LinkTicketWithCI musi być włączone.
